At VERNAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
